Build a box
By eliminating the complex elements of the architectural design we save on overall construction costs by eliminating onsite man hours while regaining control over quality, materials and design integrity through the use of custom factory built and professional installed design elements. We design, build and install our own work. We supervise the work of others. We collaborate with existing architects, contractors, service providers and other key players to ensure a smooth and integrated process from concept to completion. We are experts at what we do and work with others every step of the way to ensure the budget and vision is executed according to plan.
Our conceptual design + build + install model allows for scalability while maintaining the original design intent. We get involved early and often in the process in order to adjust and modify for new projects, markets, budgets and goals. We control quality, cost and the integrity of the intended experience though a turnkey design, project management, build, installation and a maintenance/refresh program.
The "Build A Box" model gives us the flexibility to modify client environments and experiences on a daily/seasonal basis/annual (client engagement themes/menus/local happenings/) as well as remodel and refresh the "bones" of the environment without intensive and costly construction costs. We accomplish this though feature walls, furniture, flexible signage and branding elements, propping, decor and removable "permanently" installed millwork and fixtures that can be swapped out overnight. This consistently updated environment keeps clients engaged and integrated in the community. It also allows us to honor community partners, artists, performers and organizations through feature displays, vignettes, galleries, and pop-up event experiences.
